Here is a picture of a new implant system to our practice.  It can produce some amazing implant results!  In my opinion it is more conservative meaning less surgery with results just as great.  We can spread bone to create room for an implant.  Additionally, I can “bump” or “raise” the sinus floor (for gaining bony space for an implant) with this system.   This system requires less surgery which is always good for the patient.
